Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep is a guided practice that leads you into a state between waking and dreaming - where your body relaxes completely, and your mind gently lets go of everyday noise.
Yoga Nidra can help:

You don’t need to bring anything. Mats are provided, and you don’t even need special clothes - just wear something comfortable enough to lie down and relax.
No experience is needed. You don't have to "do" anything - just show up, settle in, and let the practice carry you.
Booking is recommended through the tickets link but you can simply show up the day off - I just ask you to come 10-15 minutes before the class.
